The earrings are beautiful but I had a question so I tried to call customer service, but there doesn't seem to be a phone number. I emailed them instead and no one responded. So my opinion of the jewelry is great but customer service seems non existent.

Easy to order and choose what I wanted. I got the cross necklace as a gift for my mother and she wears it everyday (she would like me to get an extender for it to look a bit longer and sit how she likes it) however the whole process was a breeze. The only trouble I had was on myself I ordered a ring in a size 6 and didn't realize I hadn't selected my size - it does fit on my pinky which wasn't the look I was going for but the ring is so pretty I wear it anyway

The Archie ring is beautiful for everyday wear. A subtle statement piece that goes with everything, anytime. Initially, I worried I would be surprised by the weight, that it would feel hollow, but no. The gold does hairline scratch a bit, but that's true of all 14 karat gold, especially over a large expanse (like the top of this polished domed ring, making it more perceptible), but only when you are analyzing closely. I haven't taken it off since day one, and that was the plan. I actually wear it instead of my wedding ring. It makes a great daily band. Now I'm thinking about going for the grandaddy of the Archie - the Cupola. It's twice the statement and the dome - and the price! Nice pick for evening wear. But Orandina has great sales, so I can wait.
