The Fine as a Feather studs don't stay up as pictured. And, the back thingy that secures it to your ear is lose on one and tight on the other.

Attempting to return the item, I encountered a system restriction that only allowed for an exchange due to the reported damage, with no option for a refund and only one exchange permitted.

I reached out to customer service multiple times through email and phone, seeking assistance. While they responded to a few emails, they did not address my concerns, merely repeating the system's damage report. Phone calls were never answered nor returned despite my repeated attempts and requests for a phone conversation.

After a year of unresolved issues, I reluctantly ordered another necklace, incurring additional costs. While the second necklace has not broken, the initial experience has left me with little confidence in the product quality and customer service.
