This is a great way to buy precious metals in a manner that allows you to actively use them, rather than having them sit in a safe. It was the easiest call I made that day.

I was so happy with this company. UPS lost my ring and immediately, Oradina said they would send a replacement. The good news is today I found the ring. UPS had left it at the entrance of my driveway and that same day it snowed. The ring had been covered with snow. If UPS had placed the package at my front door (like they are supposed to), I would of found it when it was delivered.

Shipping was a nightmare, ring was ok nothing crazy. Purchased because of sales so didnt expect anything out of this world

Broken necklace sent. Took a long time to get my refund credit, gave me a discount for my initial problem and then did not honor the discount. I don't think your customer service model is good

I love the design of my new feather earrings but they are rather flimsy. Earring back are so small and tight they do not fit on my better quality earrings.

Nice neckless, wife happy with it. Considering the time of year, shipping was quick. I did contact them one time, response was quick.

My clasp arrived with one of the loops to clasp my necklace to it, detached from the main clasp. I understand that you can't have quality assurance on every order, but this tested my confidence that a replacement would hold 3 high value necklaces sufficiently. When I asked to get a refund for my purchase they only offered an exchange. In my opinion that's very poor customer service.

I ordered a gold bracelet for my daughter. Everything went well- the order- the delivery and the packaging. It is just that the bracelet looks bigger in picture.than in reality. I should have known that it was a light bracelet by checking the weight in Gold: barely 2 grammes. I still gave it to her but i don't think i will buy another gold item in the near future.

I love these earrings! The size is just right for a versatile look between casual and dress. I ordered the hold me tight earring backs and they're comfortable enough to sleep in. Will be ordering more from Oradina.
