Ease with your online shopping. Products had good picture graphics with full details and every ring size available to select from for my pointer finger.
I will definitely be back. I originally ordered an item for my daughter who decided she wanted something slightly different so exchange it for the same item in a different color. The exchange process was extremely easy, shipping timeframe was great, and love the quality of the product.
Website was easy to navigate and find what I was looking for. The shipping was quick too!
Not so good. Fair. I am however looking forward to my replacement. You need to have human customer service agents working phone calls and making buying your products more pleasant with complete directions on how to return. My return cost me 20.00 as I couldn't get anyone to talk to or definite directions. I only hope I get my ring in a timely manner. I will be hesitant to buy again and this is my fourth purchase.
