I bought a box chain. It broke instantly. When to exchange and they made me pay an extra $10 or $15. Then I second on they sent out broke within a couple of days. So when I went to exchange I figured I should exchange it for something else because clearly the chain aren't made well. I ordered hoop earring for another $100. Those came in the mail and they are so light and flimsy. I'm nervous to even wear them.

This was my second order from Oradina. The first chain I received was perfect and exactly what I wanted. This second chain was too large for the pendant I have. My return was easy to send, and I received a timely confirmation that it was received. I will definitely order from this company again.

I was promised one thing and then when I got back, had a different answer, and when I complained, they made it right. So in the end, it was all good. I'm just worried now that the same wear and tear damage will happen to the replacement earrings that I got. The mechanism is the issue. I hope you guys fix that. I will refrain from using the earrings often to avoid it getting broken. Thanks.
