I like what their site has to offer, in terms of ChatGPT, but the site keeps logging me out after one minute. This means I can't chat with chatbots and I can't save any changes I make to chatbots. I pretty much can't do anything. I was subscribed to their service, paying $25 a month. They responded to one email I sent them, basically telling to do everything I already tried, like using a different browser. I used 3 different browsers, on 2 different computers and my phone. I tried Brave, Chrome and Edge. Same problem every time. I tried emailing them a couple more times and got no response. They don't care about their customers at all. I'd avoid them and use ChatGPT elsewhere. They never gave me any proof of purchase. No receipt or email. They're not very professional at all.
