At an age of 73, this pair of Vortex 12x50's Diamondback's will probably be my last purchase. Regret not using this Company before. First class delivery and packaging received within two days of ordering at this height of Coronavirus problems. Despite being an awkward customer, Lisa handled the problem with "Old School Service" and politeness. Thank you to a top notch Company.

Disgusting service. Two attempts to buy the goods - two of frustration and headache. Hysterical staff, does not recognize the logic and facts. For example, they think that if a parcel sent, then it has reached its destination. Do not admit liability for shipment.
Then they sold the goods without the ability to send outside the UK, but refused to return the payment.
I recommend not to have a business with opticswarehouse. Two cases eloquently tell about the bad professionalism of the staff.
