My employer invited all of us in our hospitality work environment to use this app. I work in the restaurant area, and it has really been a wonderful benefit to have our schedules, shifts, etc, at our fingertips. I was reluctant to use it at first, mainly privacy issues, but after using it to remind me of my daily schedule, request time off, message specific employees and receive group notifications instantly, I can't think of a better way for a small to medium buisness to manage hourly employees. Although it's most efficient as a mobile app, you can view most everything via desktop as well.
Added plus was having our company bring in someone from the company to give us a tutorial.
