Every employee here is exhausted, and most are almost burned out

Every employee here at On Site Medical is exhausted and tired. The work environment is extremely stressful and exhausting. The shifts are very brutal, and the workloads are overwhelming. These are the reasons why most of the employees here are almost burned out. Everyone here is unmotivated due to the extreme negativity.
