They are extremely rude. They make you pay and then delete your profile for no reason, just to take your money. Be careful, this is a scam. Many people I know have gone through the same situation. SCAM

There is some false information that the app only screens people making $200,000 and above. That never happened which is why there is so much riff raff on the site, from corners of the globe not even distinctly related to my own. Perhaps if this site used better filtering, they would be better able to fulfill their promise of catering to the top 1%, which is what they had initially intended.

The people yes are very good looking and professional, but there's no way to really meet anyone who is local they give you matches of people in other countries. It's ridiculous if I wanted to waste my time looking at people from Amsterdam and London, I would get a plane ticket there and visit. Do not waste your money or time.

Be very careful with this app, they will continue to charge after cancelled. The app itself, very suspect on genuine members.

Fake profiles, bad custom service and cc fraud. I would try another app if your looking for a genuine outcome.

Worst of time and money. DON'T! It doesn't matter what age range you set for your matches, they match you with any age. I had put from 45 to 60 years old, they match me with 20s and 30s. And you only get a few matches a day even as a "Black member". It's Rubbish.

This app is a scam. It doesn't work, I paid 168 euros and I couldn't dowload the app, it kept asking me to
Upgrade whenever I was using it. When I contacted the customer service they simply led me on. I said that I wanted a full refund for an app that doesn't work. 100 e-mails ended with them telling me they can't issue a refund. What a waste of time and money! Plus, even while I was using tge limited version, the quality of profiles on this "high-en app" was really extremely low. I am suing them right now through PayPal.

They take $700 for 3 months and then band my account for no reason they say I'm fake account who is fake paid $700?

I wanted to use my computer to go on the site to search...I kept getting a message "Not Authorized" when trying to access on my computer. Through emails, because the Texting function didnt work they said I couldnt use the computer! Well the App didnt work too much better either. Also I was suppose to be a Black Member & didnt get my Black Member status until 3 weeks in...I couldnt control the states/country or age I wanted to search! What a waste of time...I was getting boys that were contacting me in their 30's not ages I would ever consider dating and men from out of the US...I have no desire to date someone from Europe, complete joke! I asked for my money back & they of course would not...Thank goodness I only signed up for one month to check it out first! Complete JOKE!

Complete scam with a fancy website. Many fake profiles. Poor customer service. Nothing good to say, many of these sites are ok and bad, but this site is really bad. They will steal your money and will auto-renew even if you cancel.

This site is a scam. The site doesn't work. You can only swipe 15 people/day (Even with a "Black Membership that cost $150!). You then get people from out of your zip code or not what you want. And if you want to talk to them, it costs more money!

This site is all about money,i thought paying for black membership will allow me to swipe unlimited but it didnt happen.they will only give you 60swipes and your next swipe is after 24 hours again and if you want to swipe its another payment again.really limited offer.

Best u can do is cancel it so they can't keep charging you. Meaning anything u paid up front weather it's a yr or one month they keep.
So get to canceling I guess cuz do u really want to be charged next yr n they won't ask they'll just take it out because u agreed to it when u signed up. Do people read any more?

This app is clearly more focused on making money than helping people genuinely connect. Even if you pay over $350 for a yearly membership, you are still prompted to pay hundreds of additional dollars for trite features. Their customer service is avoidant/evasive. They will reply to you answering a question you didn't ask whilst avoiding the one that you did. After paying quite a significant amount of money for a membership, you are given a maximum of 60 swipes a day, and this finite amount of swipes per day can be wasted on people who you have no chance of connecting with (for example, a straight woman will be shown gay men and other straight women as options and will have to use one (or more) of their allotted swipes on swiping left on someone with whom you never could have had a connection). Additionally, you may also be shown people whom you already swiped left on a day earlier, and have to, yet again, use another of your finite number of allotted swipes to swipe left on that person, AGAIN. When asked about this, the company simply said they haven't built that filter feature yet. Give me a break. This app is a SCAM. Do not spend one penny on it

I have a love hate relationship with Luxy. I am currently a Luxy Black member and once I got onto the site, I liked it. Getting onto the site, however, took a month, after I'd paid for my membership. The day after buying my monthly membership, I was not able to gain access to my account and was loced out for 3-1/2 weeks. Customer support was useless as their is no way to speak to a live person. I literally spent weeks going back and forth by email with them. Their emails told me to take actions, none of which worked. It took 3-1/2weeks of going back and forth with tech support to get me into my account, and then four days after getting access, I was required to renew. I asked customer service to credit me for the time I was not able to be on the site, they wouldn't hear of it. When I asked to get contact information for a manager, they withheld it. Luxy is an expensive, exclusive membership, I am shocked that one could get better service at a McDonalds. If you can get on the site, and are ok with being given matches from all over the world, I think its a good platform. That said, I would recommend not having any problems. They are not interested in and are loathe to do anything to resolve them.

This dating app is nothing but a waist of time. I feel like I'm at a cheap Vegas hotel.

The first problem is the settings don't hold the location thus it's impossible to fine local connection.

The other issue I had is one week after joining is my account was suspended without violating any of their ethics rules. It took several emails to CUSTOMER SERVICE and a lot of boiler plate responses. When I named the issue and asked them to specifically look at my profile my account was restored. They did credit me a couple of weeks that I missed. Way too much work with absolutely no matches in my area but if I wanted to travel thousands of MILES I might get a date.
