App always crashes, most members are 6000 miles away so if You are from Europe be prepared to find matches from LOS ANGELES, many users are not verified nor luxy black and make less than 100k a year. Is it what you call UPSCALE HIGH END? Lol

It is obvious the owners are filling the app with fake profiles, to try to lure people in. I have seen convicted felons, ***offenders and when you report them they do nothing.

WASTE OF MONEY and very expensive for nothing.

This app stole my money. They offer memberships at monthly rates yet charged my card nearly $500 for the entire year upfront. When I complained they REFUSED TO REFUND me. Their pricing is deceitful. Their customer service is lacking and they communicate poorly. I am very dissatisfied that I was deceived, taken advantage of and disrespected by this app. They stole my money.

Luxy dating has had some computer issues lately. The thing is, they always have computer issues. It's the most glitchy dating app I've ever seen, and coincidentally the most expensive, as well. I had to stop using it on my laptop, and switch to my iphone. I had complained that I suddenly wasn't receiving responses, for about a month, and they condescendingly wrote back, "We're not responsible for whether people respond to you." So when they wouldn't help me and I switched to my phone, there were suddenly 80 messages sitting there waiting for me. Hmmmmmm.

So now I can't sign in at all, and I get one email response per 24 to 72 hours. They just don't care. Why should they? They already have my money.
