Onlineticketsexpress is a terrible company that regularly defrauds customers.

Onlineticketsexpress.com's customer service is nonexistant and of no help.

The tickets often are not delivered at all or are FAKE or are not the tickets that were purchased (terrible seats when the customer paid for category 1).

They have a policy of VIOLATING THEIR OWN TERMS AND CONDITIONS. They advertise that tickets will be shipped 3 to 5 days before the event, but according to customer service the actual policy is to deliver them 1 day before the event or zero days before the event to a pick up location near the event.
