Awful client service. Ordered a logo on plexiglass from them. Wanted an empty background if possible, so left the transparency in the TIFF file and added the PAID graphics check option on their site, thinking that I may be contacted by them if there was any issue with that. Alas, that option is just an automated check that went through, with no option whatsoever to contact the production. I finally received my logo and it was totally unusable (red background, only white wherever the logo was supposed to be)

I complained to them, hoping they would print a proper version for free, but they just said they had printed what I had sent (which is incorrect, since my TIFF file was displaying at least a proper logo).

Their "Quality Mgt" then wrote to me offering me a 20 CHF discount on my next order with them. Needless to say, I told them they could keep that discount and I would print the logo elsewhere.

All this to warn people about this company. It's a big machine that has removed any human communication from their processes. If you are lucky, it will get printed the way you intended. But if there's any hiccup, you will be left facing a faceless corporation that will neither give your money back nor help to fix the problem.

Mijn advies aan iedereen, koop geen visitekaartjes bij online printers. Ik heb verschillende leveringen ontvangen.

- kaartjes zijn GEEN 300 gram. Voor 300 gram zijn de kaartjes te dun en helemaal NIET stevig. Helaas bij alle leveringen (5x) waaren de kaartjes te dun

- Kaartjes zijn verschillend afgesneden waardoor het ene kaartje breder is dan de ander (heel slordig!)

- Door het afsnijden zitten er gele plekken op sommige kaartjes omdat de kleur zwart aangetast is.

- we ontvingen leveringen met 455 kaartjes en 465 kaartjes... niet 500 kaartjes die wij besteld hadden. Onlineprinters doet blijkbaar bewust minder kaartjes in de verpakking.

- Het inpakken van de kaartjes gebeurd rommelig (slecht). Doordat de kaartjes dun zijn, gaan deze bol staan door de elastieken die om de kaartjes waren gedaan.

- De levering met DPD post is waardeloos. 2x zaten we thuis te wachten, en heeft DPD in hun systeem gezet dat we niet thuis waren en kwamen niet aan huis leveren. DPD is telefonisch slecht bereikbaar... heb 2 uur aan de telefoon gezeten, niemand gesproken.

De klantenservice van onlineprinters is slecht. Het bedrijf blijft volhouden dat het 300 gram kaartjes zijn (dus niet). Ik adviseer iedereen, koop niet bij online printers. Koop je visitekaartjes bij een drukkerij bij jou in de buurt.

The order management process went all great, good communication, devliery on time. The the final printing (the most important) was not matching with the file I provided regarding color and contrast. I however selected the "data check" option which was reassuring "Professional quality check according to special criteria / Assistance correcting the print files / Notification in case of need for optimisation". I feel like it is bull$#*! marketing. After exchanging some emails, Onlineprinters confirmed "we checked and could find out that your data do not provide the expected color profiles, see attached a snapshot" with technical info that I do not understand, as I am not an expert. So I am very disappointed.
