I was really looking forward to getting my paper work and divorce down online. I paid the initial $139+. Then a rep called and signed me up for premium and spent 30mins on the phone and never said anything about deadline. And guaranteed me there's be no additional charges after the $139 + $299
I even asked Michael to send me reminder to do paperwork since I have a tight work and home schedule and traveling
He never followed up after sending initial info or even when I sent email requesting advice on how to proceed
I called customer service and they told me to cancel online and request refund.
I didn't that and filled out every form they asked.
Now I just talked to someone in billing who claims to be a supervisor but has no patience amd would not transfer me to anyone in billing. Nor to a manager even though I as a client am requesting
He is not willing to give me a full refund. I haven't even filled a single form
I signed up in good faith. And if the service was good and didn't just keep charging me additional subscription without any service I am don't think this is a good company nor service.

I used the service for one day and a half and so far it has been unbelievable. I requested a refund after a day and a half because I reconciled with my spouse after a day… Someone reached out to me via email to request a call for my refund request but I requested to communicate via email because of a significant time difference. I am stationed in Japan. After communicating back and forth via email, they said I could only get a partial refund… because I had completed an interview… I shared evidence that I never completed the interview and they still said that I couldn't get a refund after a day. Additionally whatever was completed, was subpar, because i didn't have the information I needed to complete the interview. They didn't work with my active duty military status. After communicating with someone daily on my refund claim- my refund claim was closed - because they said I didn't answer any phone calls. I feel so stupid for using this service.

Went to OnlineDivorce because me & the wife were having issues, and we thought that it was going to be done. We are working on things still, but uncertain if we will end up filing the paperwork.
The people at OnlineDivorce were very helpful in getting the forms filled out, and provided the service for filing the paperwork - which was paid for but is still uncertain if it will be necessary.
While divorce is a difficult position to be in, the people of OnlineDivorce were extremly helpful in making sure that everything was in order for if we id want to ontinue with the proceedings.

My experience was excellent using Online Divorce. The instructions were easy to follow along.

Onlinedivorce.com sold me on the "platinum" service with the guarantee all the necessary forms would be filed with, and accepted by, the correct court. At the moment, that has not yet happened. Online Divorce has been a huge waste of time and money.
I did receive several documents filed with the court. However, the final document, the one the judge will sign, has not been filed with the court. Nevertheless, I received an email from the Online Divorce support staff informing me everything was done and that my "platinum" service was now complete.
Given that the name of this company is "Online Divorce" and not "Online - file a few forms and then leave you hanging", I assumed, and was assured by customer service, that I was paying to get a divorce. Instead, it looks like I will need to hire a lawyer and just wasted a lot of time thanks to this company's ignorance of local family court laws.

Great all questions were answered I had some thoughts of refunding everything because as you may know divorce is very difficult but in the end you guys had patience with me and it was all ok so thank you

The information that I need is being with held from me so now I have to wait. I paid for the service to deal with my ex and now I still have to deal with her so it's bitter sweat.

So far everything is going well, just started the process so there isn't much I can add. Hopefully it's as easy as they advertise... once everything is in motion, I'll update my review or submit another one...

Straight forward and simple.

Easy so far... went on line and answered some questions. Paid the fee and received my paperwork in 2 days. I recommend it if both parties agree on the divorce.

Affordable, step by step process! Stress free, Worth the payment and piece of mind.

We'll see once it's final. Once I see how much the final cost will end up being.
