Paid for this service, by a friend and have not seen ANYTHING = Customer Care Team at *******400. Has been called and messages left.
Have paid=Order ID: *******-- Price:$299.00 Products: "VIP"

That makes $487
We/she has not received anything at the house, has called the *******400 several times and left messages and still nothing. Is reporting on this site going to help? Left off last 2 numbers on each order purposely. AS I have told them in Email, using saving to help.
Purchased service and after massive wait to get forms for approval, they indicated that they couldnt file my forms, despite my paying for this. The few times I had questions it proved impossible to get any help whatsoever. Seems the only way to get their attention is to cancel. Ending up doing it myself
So far so good, I received my divorce papers now I have to fill them out and send them back.
Documents would benefit from proofreading by a legal professional or someone that knows correct formatting. Docs margins were too wide on the bottom, signature lines were split in half and there were numerous "widow-orphan" sentences hanging at the tops and bottom of pages which made the documents look very unprofessional. Otherwise, content was fine

Just reviewed forms for a friend. He bought forms for California.
What a rip-off. He could have gotten all the forms for free at the state forms website! This website included forms that weren't needed. The instructions were unclear. I went to the state website--their instructions were clear. Don't waste your money. FYI I'm a retired family law attorney.
I started but now want to go back and finish it but cant figure out how to go back to mine.
Its simple an very easy. Rate a 5 star. They kept me up dated on everything i supposed do. The only thing i like now is my postal an address where to send my papers back to. Then they can file my paper an get my freedom back an life.

They make the forms super easy to understand. The forms from the court is so difficult to understand. I like that I kept getting emails asking me do I want to upgrade for more services.

I have received MULTIPLE unsolicited phone calls since I make my purchase. I also don't feel the frequent upsell for other products.
Well thought it be simple but it's not still need a lawyer divorce us expensive no matter what
I was thinking the service included filing the papers for me but it doesn't which was disappointing. There was more in the papers than I was asked on the questionnaire so I got papers back with scheduled visitation set up in a way I didn't ask for.
