Pleasant and easy. I don't know what to say other than such a helpful customer service. They were such a pleasure to deal with. They took care of my problem with the size immediately with no fuss. I'll continue to do business with them thanks to their customer service.

Don't get this shoe, it's not worth it. It runs small and takes too long to arrive only for you to be disappointed.

They feel light yet durable. With enjoy cushion but not too much arch which is great for how much walking I do!

There is glue on the inside of the shoes which is sticky

My experience was good. Sent a new size without return of old pair and only charged me shipping cost.

Had a hard time using my coupon code which I was u able to, & then I was charged a extra fee for foreign delivery, & yet the return address said N. J. which was odd to me. I feel like I was scammed didn't say anything about extra fees

Disappointing in the sizing of shoes! Hurts to walk in them.

My shoes arrived realatively quickly considering they came from over seas. They are nice quality and very comfortable. I was a bit disappointed by some of the sloppy paint job and matte discoloration on the heels of the shoes, but other than that I am very satisfied with my shoes. My customer service experience was great too.

Delivery is very slow. All else is good. Excellent fit. I have calluses and rubs from other shoes but these do not hurt my feet at all. I do 30-35 miles per week

Ease of the website is a plus! Fast delivery. When ordering I suggest ordering a half size up.

The shoe is nice looking comfortable and perfect to size scale but needs more heel support

After trying my Omega Walk shoes on, I couldn't take them off. The shoe is light and airy. The color combination is perfect.

The compression socks were to po small. Couldn't get them on my feet or fit so tight, they caused the feet to hurt. The shoes were too small in the toes. Couldn't wear them comfortably either. Donated both the socks and shoes to a charity. I am out several dozens of dollars.

The fit was not as expected. I stand on my feet for six hours at work and I was hoping that my feet wouldn't feel as sore and tired as they had been but unfortunately they are just as tired.
