At first I had no issues and they do fit perfect. Now I can't wear them every day. I will wear them more but needed a break

Very misleading. None of the products I ordered did what they said they were going to do. They are all awkward and bulky and honestly, I can't use them. Save your money and shop elsewhere

The shoes I purchased had a bad smell to them, not comfortable at all felt like I was walking on the ground. I only tried them on and NEVER put them on again

Easy enough to buy from but the shoes are too narrow and not deep enough for my feet. They are useless for me.

The products are good, took more than 3 weeks to get to US. I didnt figure out that we need to pay for replacement or 15% restocking fee to return or 2-3 mos wait to get your money back, before I ordered. Not worth the time and effort.

Love the look. They do not heal all my foot pain... as advertised

Ordered my size according to your guide which was what I normally wear …. Size 9
They were too small., need to be 1/2 -1 size bigger

See previous statement on review of product and company. Stop asking people to repeat themselves!

I had no issues with ordering from your Company and didn't take that long to receive my order…just make sure you order a half size larger than you would buy normally.

They are on the skimpy side. Tongue is short. Could have ordered 1/2 size larger.

My regular size did not work. I reached out and was given some wonderful options. The response was quick and friendly. I'm going to try another size. I really like these shoes and hope to find a comfortable pair.

Shoes are super cheap
Have no arch support, even with the insoles that are sent with them.
Regardless of how tight I tied them, they were still loose fitting.

I would have returned them, but they charge a percentage and you also have to pay for shipping back to China. Upon them actually receiving the shoes back, they then would have credited me. A tracking number would not do.

Overall cute products, but not as comfortable as described.

Shoes where small. But nice. I really don't have any other complaints.

Shoes are tight and small for the size. Socks made cheaply. Can not wear the shoes

Delivery took some time.

The shoes shipped and took a reasonable amount of time to come in, and they're more comfortable than shoes I've paid more for!
