My experience was better than I thought. Thank Omega Walk for sending my purchase sooner than I expected.

Customer service did respond when I asked when the order would be delivered, but delivery was slow. I expected to have delivery within a week or so of ordering.

So far so good!

They are very lightweight, they are true to size. They are nice.

I bought the shoes last spring, and I was so happy they fit well and were very comfortable. I ordered my size 9, and it was perfect. I would recommend these to anyone with sensitive feet. I have rheumatoid arthritis and my feet are quite sore and swollen many times. I wore thicker socks, and they still fit and felt wonderful. They finally gave out, and I just purchased another pair!

I bought a pair of shoes that I won't even donate to the homeless. They are going in the trash

By the time I pay my own postage to return them, and then pay a restocking fee and then wait for confirmation you have received them and will give me credit it almost isn't worth it. I am taking the loss and I'm not happy but lesson learned.

The experience to place an order took too long to place and two weeks to receive it and purchase is not quality.

Excellent for walking and standing on concrete floors also stylish and well made.

So far so good. The site was easy to navigate and inventory was good.

Website has great options and shipping was relatively fast considering it shipped from overseas. Price for shoes was appreciated.

On my 4th order, I mistakenly choose the wrong size. Reached out to customer service and they helped sort that out in a timely manner. Thanks again Omega!
