As others have said…avoid, unless of course you like cheap resin filled plastic masceraiding as a crystal gift.

Shame is I bought it for a gift but would be too embarrassed to give it.

Spent over £200 on a Tree of Life…
Spent over £200 on a Tree of Life Pyramid for my daughter in laws 40th Birthday. Im now embarrassed to give it to her. It is just a cheap piece of resin tat. The 'tree' is squashed in the top of the triangle, and the stone on floor is just shingle. I ordered a USB light stand, that is too small for the pyramid, even though I discussed the size before ordering. I would love to return it, but had it personalised. Cant see it as it is underneath the pyramid. Absolute waste of £200.

First order arrived missing a stone. Original response was to refund $3 and 20% off a future order. I had to specifically request a replacement. Within 2 weeks the replacement damaged and turned my finger green. Their response was keep wearing it if it's not "too damaged" and % off a future purchase. For the $90 to $200 price tag these should not be made of plated metal.

I ordered a $200 pyramid, shipped recklessly, no box, just in bubble wrap, was so chipped. Tgey sent me a second one after I pleaded with them to put it in a BOX! Same thing, came wrapped in bubble wrap, deflated plastic, shattered. They haven't returned any of my emails. I'll be disputing the payment.

I purchased a gift for a friend in June 2024 and the product was never sent. Olivenorma has no phone number, did not provide a receipt via email, and refused to support delivery of the product. I had to cancel the purchase through my bank.

I ordered a ring from here that claims "it will not fade, change color or leave stains on your finger. Made with black gold plating that will not tarnish" & yet after only 4 days of wearing it my finger is green & the "gold plating" is tarnishing to the copper color. I absolutely do not recommend buying anything from them.
Edit: after talking with customer service for over a day I finally received my refund after these emails & having to mention the CRFA law, contacting the FTC & BBB. Customer service was responsive & willing to help with my concerns though so that's the only reason they get one star!

Ordered a ring. Ring came and looked exactly like picture, but deff cheap poor quality. Their website has no real return reliability. Attempted to email them for return, no responses. Like alot of others said, this company is poor. My fault for not looking into it before buying a product. Dont get scammed

This site is a joke. I ordered a ring and it was cheap material. When I wanted to return for a refund it was another joke. So not buy from this site.

I got my wife's little gift from here that came yesterday and I was extremely not happy with it at all. It came all stretched up on the bottom and the engraving I had done was also all scratches up and missing words and not even straight

Its so overpriced of something for such low quality from china. Bought for like $90 and was so so disappointed. Tag is some poor quality brand that u can buy for like $3. Dont waste your money!

I ordered a pyramid on the website with a engraving for my partner but they only put half the text now it looks bad and unfinnished aswell as poor packing quailty bumps and dents on box along with fingerprints on pyramid.

Ripoff, do not buy, dropshipper overcharges and lifts reviews off of legit Etsy sites. Don't waste your money or try to get your money back because it won't happen.

What was sent to me was not what I ordered, then the customer service representative tried to tell me that the stone (which was clearly not what was ordered) was definitely what was ordered.

The picture and description in the listing is entirely different from what was sent to me. The only similarity is the minimalist setting around the stone. The stone itself is a completely different geological formation from what it was stated to be in the listing.

The 'free' item was also apparently out of stock at the time I ordered, leaving me out $50+ after shipping for a single item that wasn't even the right one.

Now, to return the incorrect item, they want it shipped to China with tracking, which will cost me almost as much as the refund would be, since I'm certain they will not refund the $20+ shipping fee. The package came from a NY address. I have no idea why it couldn't be sent back there.

There was a glitch in sending, so it ended up taking longer than expected but when it final arrived, it was beautiful and my recipient was very happy. Thank you

Total scammers, do not buy. Refusing to refund me for $300 worth of products that never arrived and were returned to sender. Can see others have had similar experiences. It's basically theft what they're doing.

The product I ordered and the product I received were not the same. It was meant to be a set and they came in two very different sizes, the writing was so small it couldn't be seen. I spoke to customer service and they didn't refund all my money back and refused to send what I actually ordered, stating it was an issue with their supplier. Tried to write a poor review on their site and they never published itm

I ordered two necklaces and a ring from them over a month ago. I contacted them to let them know I never received the items. They told me to refuse to accept the order from the shipper and return it and I would be reimbursed. How do you return something that you never received? I did some research and apparently this is a well known scam that they run. I am going through the proper channels to get the word out. They are thieves.
