I bought a 10cm pyramid from Olivenorma with amythist pebbles and a blue lapus crystal ball. When it arrived it was not the quality or even the same as originally shown. The amythist were shards of amythist rock and not the round pretty pebbles as shown. The blue Lapis ball was significantly smaller than the one shown, it was a serious disappointment.
This was a gift for Christmas and was very much sub-par to give.
I contacted Olivenorma and I was told to post it back to China and Not the address it came from at a $42.00 cost to me which I did.
I posted this back to China on the 15th Oct '25 at which it has been sitting in Hangzhou Cusoms since 24th Oct nearly 3months later. I wrote a review for this company as I wasn't to have a refund till it was received back to the company in China.
I was offered an immediate refund if I removed my review from another site but to me it worth warning others not to deal with this unscrupulous company and to warn others.
Truly, if you deal with this company, it will be on You to deal with the fallout.
The company has the capacity to refund me but wanted me to return the item to China first and not from where it came. They offered me my $191.00 back immediately if I would remove my review of the company from another site. I refused to be bribed when all along they could've refunded me

Scammers! I was promised real Moldavite. They sent an ugly green glass pendant. Soooo disappointed!
