Oldtimer Watch has excellent customer service! Throughout the purchasing process, they rapidly replied to our questions and immediately informed us about shipping and tracking. After purchasing the watch, the team did a quality check and determined something was not working correctly and needed a new part to fix. They let us know immediately so we could plan around the delay. While the process took longer than expected, we were grateful to have a working and excellent condition watch.
