"I'm writing this review as a warning to others: STAY AWAY FROM OKX! They scammed me out of $580 and have provided absolutely no help or resolution.
I mistakenly sent funds to the exchange and reached out to their support team to lift the restriction on my account. However, the representative (who claimed to be assisting me) completely ignored my requests and failed to resolve the issue.
It's been THREE DAYS with NO FEEDBACK, NO ACTION, and NO REFUND. Their lack of transparency and accountability is appalling.
OKX's inaction and disregard for customers' funds are clear signs of a scam. I urge everyone to avoid this exchange and take their business (and money) elsewhere.
