Oh Polly scammed me out of $700 due to app glitches and their customer services team is by far the most incompetent I've ever come across—they only send automated messages and ignore any real issues you bring up, and on top of that force u to wait days and days for a reply. A week later my issue is still unresolved. Oh Polly has also deleted their reviews on Facebook to hide their TRUE rating of 1.8 stars; don't be fooled by the positive reviews on this site or the other review site, I suspect they have a bot flood these sites with positive reviews every time a negative one is posted. If you want to see their true colours just search for the Oh Polly facebook page on your web browser through mobile phone and you'll still be able to see their reviews
I ordered one item a month ago. I have contacted the team and they were helpful, they even gave me a discount and a refund on shipping but I'm still yet to receive my dress. I live in Australia but it shouldn't take this long. I needed it for my anniversary on the 20th but had to scramble and find a last minute dress the night before. It makes me question if they are a scam but they seem legit.
Worst customer service I've ever experienced, if you could even call it that.
I've paid for unlimited next day delivery on my account but it didn't show up on my account and after emails back and forth with them concluding it's been fixed, guess what?! STILL not fixed and now to make matters even worse I'm not able to log into my account AT ALL! I've had someone log into theirs on the same browser on my phone and they've logged in with no problem.
They have no customer service skills and clearly aren't very competent. They failed to provide the service I paid for or refund me for it, yet their initial suggestion was to order something and PAY for next day delivery and they will reimburse it later? A trust based offer that they've already proven they are incapable of. At this point I just want my money back and will shop somewhere else in future. If I do not get a resolution I will take it up with my bank and get a chargeback, it is purely the principle. Not paying for poor customer service and a non existent delivery service/account.

I would just like to thank Eylse for her excellent customer service she was very helpful when I needed to return an order but had lost my order number got back to me straight away and I can now return my top. Fantastic clothes very fast delivery highly recommended. X

I have been emailing about my reference number because I do not have an order number because I need to return an item. It's been 4 days and no response even though the email I received back said I would have a guaranteed response in 24 hours. I'm beyond frustrated! Has anyone had this issue?
I placed my order on Saturday paying the express DHL shipping to receive the parcel in two to three days to South Africa. I emailed Oh Polly as I noticed the address was the wrong house number so I needed that amended and they sent me a tracking number which I then logged into the DHL site as instructed to do and input the tracking number by which DHL responded that there was no parcel under this number recorded. This is now three days later. The parcel is supposed to be delivered today? When we called DHL they said it is possible that their depo has not yet received the parcel hence the number coming up as non existent on their system. This is very concerning as one orders and pays the additional fee with the understanding that one will receive the goods as promised in that time? We have a dance coming up in a weeks time and require this dress and are now beginning to panic? Has anyone had this issue and when will be receive our dress? Oh Polly keeps responding with what appears to be an automated response with the same tracking number and fobbing it off onto DHL who then says they do not have any record of this number? Please can someone help me ASAP? We need the house number for delivery changed and the dress to be posted to us ASAP as promised!
I am so pleased with the customers service given by Sophie and Emily via Instagram. I had to ship my parcel back for personal reasons and they helped me with that right away. Thank you, lovelies
My dress was lost in the post and I messaged through what's app and had a reply from Samantha right away, she sorted the problem and sent the dress out in time for my birthday again through Express delivery, no extra costs! She was lovely and very helpful, was also bank holiday weekend and she still helped through to get me some answers. Quality of dress is lovely and worth the money. Thanks team for you help
I have ordered for the first time from oh polly. Since I'm living in Germany I had my doubts. While the purchase and the emails with the tracking numbers were provided right away and everything went smoothly I stumbled across a problem with Hermes. I haven't gotten any updates on my parcel for a 7 days so I contacted the customer service of oh polly. The wonderful Georgia was able to contact Hermes and help me right away all while being super kind. I received my package two days after that. Thanks to Georgia I can say that I had a really nice experience with oh polly so far :))
I was helped out by Molly and she completely solved my problem and was so pleasant to deal with. Sophie was also lovely to speak to. Both were very helpful and understanding.
I needed a dress for next day delivery and was worried about the delayed confirmation email so I reached out for help on the website and a woman named Bethanie got back to me super quick and was great help and I got the dress the next day. Very happy!
