I made a mistake on an order, so sent a message to try to change or cancel, I recieved a very swift response and despite it being late at night only 2 days before Christmas, Bethanie & Annie were really helpful :)
I received the wrong order from Oh Polly. After emailing customer service, I received a response from Bethanie within minutes. The problem was resolved after sending a few pictures of the incorrect product. I then received an email from Leigh the next day stating that the order would be delivered within 3 days to my residence in Canada. Both representatives were extremely friendly and easy to work with. The level of customer service they provided was excellent and I wouldn't hesitate to order from this company again.

I was getting scam by a account claiming to be them and they helped me so much Bethanie a customer service worker for Oh Polly was so nice too me and not to mention how gorgeous their clothes are I'm literally obsessed with their site
I tried to order from Oh Polly multiple times with different cards and they been rejecting all my card saying gateway fraud. I been ordering with this card from a lot of different sites and never had any problems with it. This is the only site that keeps rejecting all of them. Please resolve this issue.
I have ordered so many dresses from Oh Polly and have never had an issue, apart from one dress being too small as i hadnt checked the sizing guide advising to size up. If you check the sizing guides you cant go far wrong, absolutely beautiful dresses and tops, nearly all my friends shop from here too and they all love it, highly recommend!
Saw a ton of bad reviews of this company and decided to go ahead and try it out anyways (bad mistake). I liked a few things but the leggings and sports bras I ordered were too big. I sent multiple items back, and just didn't hear from them. They said it will be processed within 10-15 business days. Contacted customer service to ask about it and they just told me to wait. I didn't have a receipt from the post office when I sent it back and they said without that they couldn't help. Hoping I get my refund but honestly at this point I wouldn't be surprised if I didn't. Don't take the chance shopping online here, I promise you will regret it if you have to send anything back.
They told me that there was an issue with some details on my payment. They requested a picture of my photo ID, which I provided within 24 hours. I then got confirmation that my payment was excepted and that my package would be shipped shortly. Over two weeks later I never received anything, so I reached out again to see what the status was. I was in told that my payment "timed out" and that I would be receiving a refund within 48 hours. I spent over $400 and was dependent on these items for a photo shoot I have at the end of this week. Their original representative told me one thing, and the second told me something completely different that contradicted the other. Very upsetting and disappointing. They sat On this for over two weeks. I highly doubt I ever would've seen a refund unless I reached out to them again. Doesn't make any sense at all considering I got confirmation after sending an unnecessary picture of my ID. And the money was already deducted from my account. Several hundred dollars that I could've used towards another company that was more reliable. Bad business and very disappointing! Never again.

Sometimes payments are flagged if they appear suspicious in which case we will request ID from you to proceed with the order. I can only assume when one of our agents accepted your payment, that a technical error occurred making their approval unsuccessful (unbeknown to them). We will of course take your comments on board and look at ways we can be more proactive with this. Sorry again for any inconvenience.
I ordered two dresses on a Wednesday and they arrived on Friday. The shipping was really fast. But the sizing is way off. I'm usually a size US 4 or 6. I read the size guide and ordered a 6 but it was so tight my boobs were squished and made me look like I was being Suffocated. I wanted to order a size 8 but then I went to the reviews and heard going through a refund is hell. BEWARE SIZE UP! The material is not stretchy at all. The dresses are pretty though.
Hi Rebekah - thank you for your feedback. I am very sorry the sizing was not perfect on this occasion. Our site displays UK sizes and so a UK size 6 would actually be a US size 2, hence why you found the item too tight. I'd recommend selecting a UK 8-10 as this is the same as a US 4-6, and should therefore fit perfectly. I had ordered a two dresses and one didn't fit properly so I sent back in perfect condition! I checked it over! Then I received the item back with a refused return saying there was marks on the back! I am soo angry as I sent item back in perfect condition and now they are saying there is marks on it! When queried this they basically had an automated messaged! I am not getting forced to pay! Disgusting customer service I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN! I have noticed this seems to be happening a lot I wonder if this is how they are making more money off people

Unfortunately if we haven't received your return, we will require you to provide proof of postage - this way, we'll still issue a refund even if your item has not been received our end. Within our return instructions, we do tell customers to keep hold of their post office receipt for this very reason.
