Why why did you change the formula on this? It went from excellent FOR UR HAIR on my Yuka app to BAD SAYS. IT NOW THE FORMULA IS NOW BEING CHANGED AND THE NEW FORMULA IS BAD FOR YOUR HAIR. WHY WOULD YOU CHANGE A GOOD THING TO SOMETHING BAD? I'M GONNA SPREAD THE WORD TO MAKE SURE NOBODY BUYS THE NEW FORMULA.

Overall the product is fine. The packaging for the conditioner should be reconsidered as currently, it is too difficult to squeeze out the product. I have had to transfer the conditioner into another bottle just to be able to use it! One should not be required to have Hulk strength to use conditioner!

Well, it started in October of 2022. Covid… yeah.well, I had a double whammy. In hospital twice. All is good now, but who knew it could cause Covid Hair Loss. Big Time! I cried each time I washed or brushed my hair. I took pictures of the quantity of hair that would fall out. Went to the doctor who confirmed, it was Covid Hair Loss. He told me to find a good shampoo and conditioner with Biotin and Collagen. I did a lot of research on so many products, especially because I dye my hair.
Doctor said, find the right one and in 3 months, all should be ok. So after my complete search I decided to use your product. Three months later, my hair is healthy, shiny and most importantly, it stopped falling out. I was in Target at the register paying for your shampoo/conditioner and the cashier said "wow your hair is so shiny " I said "thanks, cause I have been going through a rough time, and this product is the best " well, 2 other customers heard my story on the Covid Hair Loss, and said "wow, can I take a picture of it?" "I've been going through the same thing" I said "Sure"
I have been getting so many compliments and it's so great to hear. It has given me my confidence back and I'm happy again!

I purchase 3 shampoos and 3 conditioners every month. It's pricey, but worth it.

I love the coconut curls shampoo and conditioner and have been using this product for years. However recently I purchased several bottles of conditioner and inside the bottle is actually the "fine curls" conditioner instead. I contacted the company with the worst customer service I have ever dealt with, letting them know. Now every bottle being sold that I can find is the "fine curls" which is awful.
Very disappointed and I will never use this brand again

I washed with the extra strength moisturizing shampoo and it didn't seem very nice to the touch, but then I conditioned with the extra strength moisturizing conditioner and my hair was like straw after that. I used their curl serum and that's when my hair looked like I put glue in it instead of a product that was supposed to be smoothing and moisturizing. My hair became instantly tangled. I lost huge clumps of my hair trying to brush it out! If I hadn't had a small travel size conditioner of my regular brand in my bag, I don't think I would have been able to brush through my hair. My hair was in good condition when I washed it. I had just bought the products to try. They stripped my hair of all moisture-the opposite of what the products claimed they would do. I was horrified and scared! The products were costly too! A conditioner should condition the hair. I left it on the amount of time it was supposed to be left on, and after rinsing it out instead of that smooth silky feel, my hair felt rough to the touch.
