I ordered a projector to replace one we had mounted from the ceiling in a classroom. To make the switch out quick and easy - I ordered the same make and model which your site allowed me to do (it was marked as "in stock"). Only later did I find out that that projector was not available - a phone message left for me to call them.

I was offered a similar projector (newer model) for the same price, which was appreciated, since I had already waited several days. I then specifically asked before agreeing to the different projector, whether the mounting was identical to the previous model - I was assured it was identical (otherwise I would have looked elsewhere for the model I wanted).

After waiting weeks for delivery I discovered the mounting was NOT the same. I then had to call in and pay for a technician to customize the mounting plate for the new projector. Very frustrating to be told something that was not true and thus delaying getting the projector mounted (the classroom teacher ended up without a projector for her SMARTBoard for the rest of the school year).

I understand that things change, but to tell me definitively one thing without truly knowing the answer was dishonest.

I had the most pleasant experience with Mike on the phone today purchasing a projector for a non-profit organization. They're original request was no longer available, so he recommended a comparable item that was an upgrade and gave me the lower price, after getting approval of course. He had to call me back and did so in the time frame he stated he would. He was also very knowledgeable giving us options on a projector screen to go with our purchase, and no, he didn't pick the highest priced one. I felt very comfortable with his recommendation and didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of. Mike's professionalism over the phone has been a welcome change. He was very patient, gave me all the information I needed to make a quick decision, and worked out the shipping arrangements admirably. I would highly recommend doing business with this company. I know I would definitely do so myself should the need ever arise again. I'm definitely sharing their name with others.
