Within minutes of placing my order online, I was called by a Salesrep from Officewonderland informing me that the item I had ordered was no longer in stock. The item, (InFocus IN3108 Projector) had been discontinued by the manufacturer, and Officewonderland was willing to send us the next model up, (IN3116) at the same price upon my approval. I was so glad that they called as I have had orders cancelled by other vendors for the very same reason. I truly appreciate their service and honesty!
Mike was very helpful, found out that the display I had ordered was not in stock and found me a better one for a better price. Cant ask for more.

My order is actually still in transit but there was an issue with the order because the projector model had changed. They called to make me aware of the change and also checked to make sure it was still comparable to the previous model. Would definitely purchase from this company again.
We needed a projector for an event just a few days away, officewonderland was very fast to match us up with a projector and shipped the same day.
Mike contacted me with an availability issues from the manufacturer and worked diligently to find a solution that worked for me. It was a very positive customer service experience. The manufacturer discontinued a model and did not update inventory availability when that model was no longer available to them for distribution.
