I bought 4 Eurotech Frasso chairs to surround a small conference room table. The chairs are comfortable and well built. I called OfficeAnything.com and they provided good feedback on the chairs and customer service was great. This is a family owned company that takes pride in what they do. Highly recommend.

I bought two chairs, http://www.officeanything.com/ProductDetails.asp?ProductCode=FL-LF-W42-L-HR-GG. The chairs were very uncomfortable by about 10 people who sat on the chairs, like sitting on a concrete. I contacted the company to return the items for refund or even store credit, with no luck. The company return policy is horrible( like 30% re-stocking fees plus the shipping and handling charges). The Manager ** stated that clearly in his email.
