Bought some Samsung memory chips for my mac. Good price, good service. In my experience cheaper off brand chips often have problems in Macs.

After looking at the RAM module in my notebook, I set out online to find it, if it was still available. I found the OEMPCWorld.com store listed on www.pricewatch.com. After searching, I found the memory module I was looking for. The product fit and worked immediately. I will order from them again.

Shipped wrong then accused me of ordering the wrong item when my receipt clearly stated I ordered the correct RAM. Then they tell me the RAM I need, contrary to their ordering system, is almost 40% more than the price they advertised.

Had to argue with them to send me a pick up slip. RUDE

I received the scan disk quickly but after trying it on 3 different machines it didnt work. Emailed the company, never heard back.

When I initially place the order, there was a mix up in the configurator and the wrong memory was shipped.
I contacted customer service and the correct memory was ordered and shipped. Customer service was very knowledgeable and knew just what memory was required. This is one of the best Customer Services experiences that I have ever had.

Quick and easy. Only problem I have is with the colors used on your web site. They don't have a lot of contrast which makes it hard to read... I've been using OEMPCWorld for probably 15 years and have never been disappointed in any of the purchases I've made. They're a solid company to deal with and sell quality specialized products.
