I have ordered memory numerous times and have never had a problem with either the memory or delivery!

Always fast shipping and great tech support. I have used OEM PC for decades for RAM, flash drives, and memory cards.

I ordered Samsung brand RAM and received SK Hynix brand instead. Seller gave no notice of item substitution. All of the reported ratings (capacity, form factor, data rate, latency) seem to be the same as the Samsung unit and the current market value of the two seems similar, so I am going to keep it. But I cannot give a 5-star rating for this. I ordered Samsung brand part to match the dies of my other memory. I specifically chose this seller because they listed the part in stock. I am not pleased with this "bait and switch" tactic.

Always gets my orders out quickly. I have purchased hundreds of micro sd cards over the last few years with no issues.

Was told about the limits on a RAMCHECK LX DDR4 and was personally called by a sales rep notifying me about the situation. I've never had such good post sales service, it made me want to re-evaluate how I run my business. This was incredible. Unfortunately, due to the supplier (the original manufacturer) being no longer in business, it makes this difficult to find what I need - but the person on the phone did an amazing job of explaining the problem, a possible solution, and making sure I understood the problem.

The other part of the order shipped just fine and it works great. Highly recommend this site. They could have easily just cancelled the portion of order and not explained anything, but they went above and beyond.

Great website to get all your electronic needs for cheaper. It's a website I always fall back on even when I haven't purchased in quite awhile. Most prices still better than Amazon. Highly recommend in this digital era.

They did a great job of sending emails with updates of my order! My order was backordered only a couple of days and they emailed to see if I needed faster shipping to make up for the delay. They also had the best selection of what I was looking for. Will definitely order through them again.
