Was going well for years and we were doing thousands of dollars a year with them. Then a billing system change caused their website to overcharge our company on two orders. I noticed the pricing error while placing the second order and that was corrected. For four months I went back and forth via email and phone trying to get them to fix the first pricing error. My sales contact kept telling me they could fix it as soon as someone else returned from vacation. After their vacation they said there was no error and I was billed correctly. This was not the case and anyone looking at our billing history could clearly see that. At this point I gave up the refund we were due and began shopping elsewhere. We buy in bulk and I am happy to have found another site that sells name brand cards at much better prices than the generic ones cost here. They also include the case rather than charging extra for them. Won't give them our business again.

All I can say about my experience with oem is outstanding and keep up the good work.
The memory went from California to New York quick enough, then to North Carolina where it ping ponged back an forth a few days before making its way to New Jersey. Once I finally received it I tested it and it works just fine.
