This company did not send required parts to my order and would not send them after I requested them. Hard to reach and customer service folks non-responsive folks sitting in India are very nice but can/wont do anything to help me. Got run-a-round phone numbers in which no one answers the phone.

Less than one year out of warranty and this is what my OEDRO running boards are doing. No extreme use, just routine driving from here to there on hard-surface roads. Full disclosure, I contacted OEDRO a few weeks after my 1-year warranty expired. When I emailed OEDRO customer service, here is what I was told by Maysya:
"While we are unable to offer a refund or replacement at this time, we recommend repainting the affected areas with a rust-resistant coating to help restore and protect the running boards. Applying an anti-rust treatment or rubberized undercoating may also help prevent further corrosion." Seriously? OEDRO's official response was to suggest the customer, me, who spent hard earned, good money on their product, go out and spend even more money to cover up the shoddy work OEDRO manufacturers did? How the hell is a rust-resistant coating going to repair the rust that has already compromised the running boards? I can put lipstick on a pig, but at the end of the day, it's still a pig. This isn't a one-time only issue either. I've seen other posts on social media with similar shoddy work resulting in rust coming from the very same welds. One would think, if they are so confident in their product, claiming they manufacture "premium" aftermarket products, they would work with a customer a few weeks past warranty to resolve the problem. Instead, they snubbed their noses and lost a customer and likely many more.

I ordered a set of running boards for my truck. They processed the order twice and charged my credit card 2 times. Now they won't refund me my money because it was their fault. Now I just noticed they charged me for 2 International Service Fees for $9.60/piece. I thought these folks were based out of California.

I ordered nearly $400 in products and wanted to return $109 floor mats because I ordered then before receiving my Jeep. When my Jeep arrived, it already had floor mats. They wanted to charge me for returning them despite not listing that there would be a charge on their website. In fact, the website mentions that returns are easy. The also made me a laughable offer to refund me $15 for me to keep the floor mats. In other words, only pay $94 for a product I do not need. I would recommend ordering elsewhere given their lack of customer service.

I wanted some inexpensive LEDs for my ARB bumper. I found these and gave them a try. Looks Great, the build quality is good and the lighting is good. They seem to be more of a flood than spot, which I was looking for so distance will be compromised. Overall, a good buy for the money.

It stretches tight and looks great. It rolls up easily when you need to haul something. Helps fuel economy. Get 2 MPG. Tip, put it on your truck first, then clamp it. Then you can put it on the bed and clip it. You will need to install additional weather strips on the rear panel.

Obsessed with these! The middle one is perfect for when it snows so I can reach the top of my jeep and push it all off! Easy to install and exactly what I needed!

I'm on my 4th Wrangler and these are the best ones yet. I love everything about them, from the heavy duty to decorative trim.

Great quality floor mats that fit the 2021 model 3 perfectly. I looked online for a bit, and was worried this was a cheaper brand, but was surprised with the quality and fit. So far so good!

Ordered a jeep wrangler runner and got an email saying the tracking should be emailed to me within 3 business days. 5 business days later, nothing. I had to reach out to them via email since I can't call them as they have no phone number. After reaching out to them, they could not find my order! Luckily I kept all the emails from from them and my paypal receipt. Once that was done, they emailed me back asking me what I ordered! So I had to screen shot a picture of what I wanted and send it back to them.
Once that was done, it took them a while to respond to me just to say that it wasn't available! I was told it was "pre-sale" but when I ordered it online, it did not have "pre-sale" on it. That was one of the reasons I wanted this particular one so that I didn't have to wait.
They then gave me the option of either giving me back my money or waiting 1-2 weeks for it. I said I'll wait.
2 weeks later, nothing. I emailed them to follow up with them and I was told that it still wasn't available. I had to be the one to ask if they had anything available that was comparable to what I ordered. They sent me a picture of one that wasn't at all comparable so I looked on their website to see what else they had. I found one and sent the photo back to them asking if that was available. The person I have been emailing said yes, they had available but that it was more expensive than what I paid for and that I can cancel my previous order and reorder.
This has been going on for more than a month. From my point of view, they should send me something comparable to what I wanted/ordered without further frustration on my part but they don't seem to want to do that. I don't think they believe in good customer service. This company just reminded me again why I want to buy US made products/buy from US company.

If you want to keep your sanity and keep from getting a headache, DO NOT buy from this company!

My old light pods had been foggy so l bought new ones from this brand. Very clear and bright. Much easier to install than expected.
