Not as good as you may think

I wouldn't recommend that anyone work or attend school here. OCM is precariously understaffed, and top-heavy organization promotes a culture of abusive management and overworked/underpaid teachers. The school is highly disorganized and employees receive little to no relevant training. Clearly this company is only concern of the income they are getting from students.
