Worst company! They said they'd give me a 25$ gift card for making two reviews. I also told them to cancel my order! I never received my refund or the 25$ gift card!

My recent purchases was the Sweven, Beekeeper, Ineffable, Only Mine, Rosalina, orchid water, and a discovery set I first purchased Sweven in 2021 when it was still in the black bottle. Although the bottle arrived damaged, I appreciated the customer service that promptly replaced it. The fragrance was wonderful at that time, with impressive longevity, sillage, and projection. However, my recent experience with Sweven has been disappointing. The latest bottle, which I noticed is now made in the USA, has a significantly reduced performance compared to my initial purchase. I have found that the longevity, sillage, and projection are virtually nonexistent, as I can hardly smell the fragrance after just 10 minutes of wear. While I was pleased with the beautiful packaging of the fragrances I ordered this time, I regret to say that the quality of the products does not meet my expectations, especially when comparing them to my 2021 experience with Sweven. It seems that the composition may have changed, possibly containing more alcohol than oil.

This scent is no where near what I expected from the scent titled 'Jasmine Blossom'. Oakcha needs to offer customized sample sets so people can try at a cheaper rate before choosing a full bottle. I work to hard for these coins to choose another 'weird' scent blindly. Until they decide to do that... ill look elsewhere.

Bought 3 sample packs that were each supposed to come with a "rebate" for when you found the one you liked and made a purchase. Never recieved the rebates. After rounds via email they sent 2. Fine. Go to make my order and because theres a miniscule sale on, I can't use them nor can i opt out of the sale on the site. Really liked the products but very disappointed in the customer service and conflict resolution.

I was accidentally sent secret duchess in addition to my order of sand crystal. I cannot tell you how gorgeous it is. I would not have ordered it for myself but I'm so glad this happened because now I see what the hype is about. I plan on ordering this one again because it turned out to be my favorite. They have the best customer service and the best value for perfume out there. Customer for life!

Didn't like the scent. You will waste your money if you don't like the scent because you can't return the product.

The perfumes smell amazing. I have become an avid collector and love most of them. The only issue I've had is returning. Best to accept a gift certificate instead of return. Otherwise great company with a great product. The smells are amazing and the atomizer is the best wide range spray I've ever used providing a nice all over coverage!

The scent I have ordered is very nice and the customer service is great! So many choices to choose from.

Oakcha long lasting scents and varieties will forever have me as a customer. Even with small hiccups or discrepancies the customer service is always top tier. They are always quick to respond and deliver efficient results.

Purchased this back in April and it was amazing. I loved the scent. I couldn't ask for anything better

Bought 5 + 1 free and disappointed that two smelled good the rest was a horrible smell. Peach rings is gross, None of the candy ones but the watermelon one smelled good. They don't want you to send them back. They give you crap back. $25 card. After I spent more than that!

The scents were okay except for one which was the That Girl Vanilla. It smelled like vanilla mixed with cleaning supplies. I liked the Sweet Addict. I had issues with customer service also. I placed another another so we will see how this goes. I am hoping that customer service is more concerned with my issues if any present themselves in the future

Their dupes are great and their customer service is very helpful and replies fast. I will definitely be buying again!

I have over 20 bottles of Oakcha perfume. I really like 4 of them, but I've found that a lot have a cheap, strange odor (very chemical like smell). I've learned to stick with what I've found I like or I'll go broke. Also, Oakcha's shipping lag is ridiculous! I've waited close to a month to receive orders when they say 3-7 business days. I've never ever had a package delivered in that frame time. There are other dupes that are superior so I'm just going to be honest in case they want to up their game a bit.

If you blindly order one of their fragrances and decide it's not for you, be aware that returning it will be next to impossible. Perfume is considered a hazardous substance and therefore requires paperwork with information that only the company can provide and will not. Customer service isn't helpful and can only be reached by email. No matter the mode of transport, a courier company needs info coupled with the cost, I gave up on trying to get a refund. Don't waste your money. I would never purchase from OAKCHA again.

I bought more in the bundle in order to get the 2 mystery fragrances. When they arrived both of the 50oz fragrance were exactly the same scent. I contacted customer service trying to exchange one or get a discount for the laziness on their part (how had wold it be to just give 2 diffrent scents). They told me there is nothing they could do and in order to get a discount I would need to write 2 reviews. I'm not sure this is the outcome they hoped for. Not going to be continuing my patronage with this company.

Ordered the dupe for Kilian Love Do t be Shy and it was really really bad! Had a very strange and STRONG musk note that lingered even on the dry down. Tried to return but the process if tedious and you have to pay for shipping. I have loved other orders from them but this one left a bad taste in my mouth. Be wary of the returns process…

I ordered 3 perfumes as Christmas present and they took over a month to arrive and when they arrived 1 was missing and 1 was broken. I emailed with photos and explained what had happened asking for a refund. They said they would send out replacements for the 2 that were broken/ didn't turn up then after a month of waiting they sent an email saying the replacement order had been cancelled. There customer support was crap! And the perfume isn't very strong.
