I got good customer service on replacing the item. They will do anything to convince you against a refund. I first ordered secret dutchess and the beekeeper. Both smelled very alcoholic and nothing like the description more like mens cologne. I did not like either. They let me replace them and i switched to pink euphoria and peach rings (which smelled exactly the same btw like dollar tree laundry detergents.) Its hard to describe the scents because they do not smell anything like the descriptions and very cheap, alcoholic and ugly, no fruityness at all. I also got the sorcery which is not too bad, but smells nothing like the description. No vanilla or floral, just kind of a clean rain scent, again very alcoholic and very much giving cheap laundry detergent. I really honestly don't want to bother trying to get a return anymore because you have to pay return shipping which is expensive. I'm just frustrated and disappointed. If you want a good scent just get hareem al sultan. This stuff is worse than if you went to bath and body works or claires. I'm honestly never going to order from here again. All of them remind me of either cheap mens cologne, cheap dollar tree laundry detergent with a hint of alcohol, or anti-misquito spray. I'm thinking of just keeping the sorcery one and donating the other two to goodwill or something.

I made two separate orders of perfumes but both orders never reached me! And the Tracking site shows the items leaving NY to LA toSweden and finally reached destination Singapore (>33 days from date of order).
But not the end. After reaching Singapore it never reached my address! 2 weeks later the parcels were back in Sweden!
Oakcha finally relented lost in transit n I received a refund but the experience is sour because I still lost money in transaction fees! I never had shipping issues with Perfume.com or Amazon out of USA. Oakcha has sketchy shipping for sure. Do not buy from them.

Their products are great but beware if you receive one of the sample sets as a gift. I asked for two for Christmas and my sons bought them. They come with a $15 off code for a bottle that you liked from the sample set. I emailed customer service as my sons didn't realize and deleted the emails. Custom service sent me the codes but they wouldn't work. They informed me that I needed to use the codes with the account they were purchased from. I sent them an email explaining they were gifts but they said it was not in their policy for someone else to use the codes for the sample sets I received as gifts. Now I have to have my sons login and make two separate purchases and pay 2 shipping fees of $7.99 which negates one of the coupons. Ridiculous. Fix your system, sample sets are great gifts but not if they can't get a discounted bottle they are entitled to.

This was the worst experience with Oakcha claiming they sent a refund but they didn't. They kept asking me to confirm my email claiming they sent the refund - BUT THEY DIDNT! I'm not the kind of person they leave reviews and usually think bad experiences are due to people trying to get over. Feel free to try this company out if you like and I hope it's a good experience- just wasn't for me. They claimed they had technical issues sending the refund, then asked me to reconfirm my email, and then later claimed they sent the money when they didn't. I had to get my bank USAA involved when I disputed the transaction. Consider this as a warning from a veteran.

The order took a month and half to arrive, and once it did, two out of 4 smelled awful. Like gasoline and cheap drugstore body spray (Parallel & Street Art). I sent an email about it and received an obviously AI generated response. I also ordered these 4 expecting a gift, which I did not recieve. When I emailed about this, I had to follow up twice due to lack of response. Now the gift perfume is in the mail but I don't know when I'll receive it because the last one took so long🤷‍

Oakcha love it I love perfume. I love it. I love it. I love it. I was disappointed, but you gave me my package back and I'm happy about it. I love perfume soul give me a catalogue.

Wrong product was sent two times when the product I ordered was out of stock for a Christmas gift seriously disappointed.

I know the scent of tobacco fragrances. One scent I ordered was off putting. Blind studies for scents would be helpful in determining what to sell so there are less returns.

I recently bought 3 perfumes from Oakcha, 2 of which were "dupes" of an originally more expensive (dupes of Kilian Love, Don't be Shy and Angel's Share) perfume, and 1 was the viral "That Girl" vanilla scent perfume. I tried all 3 scents and let them sit for a few hours, but no matter what, all 3 scents did not smell great nor did they last very long. As a result, I read over their return policy and asked for a return/refund, being well aware I was responsible for the return shipping cost. Oakcha made the process more complicated than it had to be, as I went back and forth numerous times in my emails with them to try to return my products. After being fed up with the back and forth and having to repeat myself in almost every single email reply despite the email chain being from the same one email I sent and the information clearly being shown there of what I wanted to return, my receipt, and additional information they needed per the return policy, I was told they were willing to give me a $20 gift card from the store instead of honoring my return/refund where I was to pay the return fee ANYWAYS. Mind you, my purchase that I was trying to return was a bit over $76. I was so irritated! After MORE back and forth emails, I finally got the return approved and sent out my package. ONLY FOR THEM TO NOT HONOR THE REFUND! I had to email them and remind them AGAIN in order to finally get my refund, as well as an exchange for the other perfume because I was so tired of the return fiasco that I just agreed in defeat to exchange the other instead of returning it too. Overall, the entire process was so tiring and the perfumes did not even smell good (did not have ANY similar smell to the Kilian brands, despite my understanding that a dupe will not be exactly the same), did not last, and was a waste of money. The brand then had the audacity to email me and ask me to give them 5 stars in exchange for a measly coupon. I was so appalled. I strongly recommend you buy your original perfume instead of trying to find a dupe through Oakcha!

This is just my opinion, but I do not care much for this scent. For me, it's too strong. Don't use this review to make your decision. You may love it.

Terrible customer service!
They keep declaring the wrong price of the products and then your country asks you to pay customs.
And okcha? They don't care and they shun you.
In addition, they charge for fast shipping and finally send with regular shipping.
After their customer service did not want to help me even though I am a regular customer of theirs, I will not buy from them anymore!

My husband ordered me perfume sample for my birthday. The perfume sample smells amazing. The only downside of it was the shipping.
My husband was informed it would come via FedEx Express. It didn't come via FedEx Express. He was also told it would arrive in several days. It took them 16 days.
The tracking number he received was for FedEx Express but then it changed to USPS. Then it changed again to USPS so we were misled three times about how it was going to arrive.
If the company would have just told him from the get-go it would arrive USPS. It wouldn't have been a big deal.

My perfume bottle that I ordered came back completely empty with nothing inside, I tried pressing the nozzle multiple times yet nothing came out.

I get so many good compliments, when I wear oakcha. The fragrance last long and I don't have to spray a lot. Keep up the good work! They also will answer emails quickly if you have any questions.

I ended up not liking a full size scent that I purchased, and when I reached out to customer service about returning it, they gave me the option of a gift card towards my next purchase instead of the trouble of a return. They were so kind and accommodating, and every time I have reached out to them, this has been consistent. Thank you, Oakcha!

Since shopping oakcha. I have never stopped shopping. I absolutely love this company. Their fragrances are amazing. I received my fragrances and I share to family and friends. Id recommend this to everyone

Seven Skies reborn Lust both smell like mold and musty basement they say floral scent no Way do not waste your money! All of those saying these are wonderful are being paid! AVON. Is better than this crap!

I just received Senora from Oakcha and absolutely love it! It smells so luxurious. I put it on immediately and received so many compliments from friends and family. This is my second purchase from Oakcha and will definitely be purchasing more!

I got two discovery sets...pure garbage...90$ lost. I also got a full size of the dupe for "cry baby". Smells...OK...never again will i buy from them again. RUN AWAY.
