They just took my money but never sent me the steam code for my game. Fortunately, I paid with PayPal. So I have the ability to dispute the payment through PayPal Resolution Center. I will file a case today to block the payment.
Gave me a duplicate Borderlands 2 GOTY code, then refused to issue a refund until they'd "checked it with the developer". Dozens of emails and months later, they still haven't refunded me or issued me a code.
Disgusting scam artists. Stay away if you're from Brazil, as US/EU laws don't touch them, so they can pretty much do what they want. TERRIBLE customer service.

Ok, I have to confess that despite being ripped-off by Nuuvem previously (I purchased a game and they gave me a region locked key, then refused to replace or refund) I have used their service since. They really do have the best prices on games sometimes so I caved. That being the case I felt it would be hypocritical to give them a 1star rating and call them scammers while availing of their prices.
To summarise: Nuuvem often have the best prices on Digital Game purchase but make sure you go into it knowing that their is the possibility they'll give you a key region locked to Brazil and then refuse to refund or replace it. My approach is to only purchase from them when they have the absolute best price on a game I really want.
