I'm बेहद disappointed with Nutrabox's delivery service. This was my third order, and once again, the delivery was delayed. The biggest issue is that they rely on Delhivery, and the experience has been consistently poor.
This time, the delivery partner clearly stated that he would not be delivering the product as he wouldn't be coming to my area in the coming days. Because of this, I had to travel around 9 km to collect an order that I had already prepaid for—and then travel the same distance back home.
This is completely unacceptable and highly inconvenient for customers. Timely and doorstep delivery is a basic expectation, especially when full payment is already made. Nutrabox seriously needs to improve its logistics and delivery partnerships.
