Never share profiles to proceed further which shows profiles provided are fake and unrealistic. Despite many reminders to Relation Manager (Prince) and his superior (Rajat) to provide contact details to move forward but never given always cheat and gave impression that they are cheaters and fraude. I regret spending money and time on their service promised but never accomplished by giving fake responses. They are only interested to get their membership fee from us and after some days stop responding positively.

Got Memebership for 3 Months. Unprofessional Team. We sent them many interests and they are always like we are waiting but never got back with any response. Never sign up for this matrimonial website. Cheap and Fraud Company. 0

Fake and frauds. Don't believe them. They are just money makers. They took my $500 dollars. Pls don't Waste you money and time.

On this day of Ashtami / Ram Naumi, I want to do the good deed of informing undecided match-seekers to help them make an informed decision before falling into the trap of the NRI Bureau staff, who not only make sugar coated promises, but also excel in making different excuses for failing to deliver.

I will just outline their modus operandi here:
NRI Bureau will entice us to register saying that their website is full of promising profiles. ALSO, say that they use their radio to advertise profiles.

Once you have paid up to register, they ask you to search their website for profiles that match your requirements and to give them your selected Id numbers. You spend 2-3 days doing that and give them your selections, but they go to sleep on those selections.
They then ask you to focus on the three automated weekly profiles that come to you via email. When you express your interest in some of those profiles, they say they are trying to call them but are getting no replies. Then next week new excuses are given, but NO positive answer is given.

You ask them week after week to give a feedback on those profiles you had selected, but for most of them you will hear, " oh they are looking in their own community".
Ok Fine, but then why don't you mention all members' preferences clearly on the website so that we don't waste our time looking for such profiles? But the Relationship Managers have no answer for that.

But the actual reason is that those profiles on the website and those emailed are mostly outdated now. This is because the ex-members didn't extend their membership because NRI Bureau failed to deliver and did a shoddy job. But they continue to use those "expired " memberships to lure new people into their trap.
Also, because NRI Bureau needs to portray an impressive strong database, so that they can use such profiles to entice match- seekers. How can they offer us profiles to consider when they don't even have active profiles?

But the truth is that they will never be able to connect you with those profiles you became interested in, as they can't reach the old ones who did NOT RENEW their membership with them.

Whatever good reviews NRI Bureau has on their website are manipulated and fake. They have no active matches to offer, because people don't extend their membership after seeing them failing miserably on the job they had PAID them to do.
They hardly have any profiles. Those that are there, seem to have got trapped due to the persistent phone calls of the Relationship Managers promising great service, us included! They continue calling us at odd hours using different phone numbers. You block one phone number, then they use another and then another to call.

After I registered for their service, I had to complain on their common WhatsApp platform at the end of each month because no leads had been given to us to follow up on. As a result three Relationships Managers were changed, each as useless & ineffective as the other.

So, on the whole, only ONE profile was offered in 3 months after my persistent follow up.

To conclude, I paid NRI Bureau my hard earned money in full, trusting them to match some profiles for my son. I personally put in many many hours in the process, but sadly, NRI Bureau proved to be a TOTAL FAILURE!

Waste-age of money and time highly not recommended this site to anyone, Be careful people……. Save your money.
