Love Norse culture and jewelry. The site is well thought out and very easy to navigate. The jewelry is always high quality. This is my second purchase.

I completely understand the shipping problems because of the holidays and the weather. Actually it had perfect timing. All that aside I am not disappointed at all. It was exactly what I was looking for. My friend loved it too. I'm am very pleased and look forward to making another purchase. Thank you!

Before I bought or even ordered anything, I asked a simple question... If a ring doesn't fit, may I return it for the right size. Yes was the answer I got. Well I have to put that to use, cuz I messed up and forgot to put the correct size for my ring in the initial order. The jewelry is of great quality, I love the wired Tree of Life I got on the heart and the standing crystal necklace. People notice my jewelry especially the ones with the Tree of Life and ask where I got them or who made them and I always direct them to the website.

I bought a sweatshirt with Odin's prayer for my son's birthday. Needless to say, it was put on immediately!
I was very impressed with the quality and how comfortable he said it was. I had gotten it on a reduced price as well, bonus! So far, Norse Spirit hasn't disappointed. Last year for his birthday I had gotten a beautiful ring for him and a bracelet for his roommate. He wears it every day! I will continue to shop with Norse <3

Received my items in the mail sooner than expected. The items were just as pictured on the website and came in nice velvet pouches.

I have been sized by jewelers many times and I am a size 10. So I bought a size ten and their size chart is off according to their chart I'm a 9

I payed for shipping insurance but my package was delivered to the wrong address. They take no responsibility and made me go through USPS, unfortunately they used 1st class mail without insurance so I can't even collect a refund on the value of my product.

Update:
I was forced by the company to open a second ticket when I completed my attempt thru USPS as no one was responding to the first ticket. USPS marked the package as delivered but there is no guarantee whatsoever it arrived at my specific address, they do try but mistakes happen. I searched everywhere and spoke to my neighbors. The envelop never arrived. I received a replacement eventually thanks to my second ticket report. Yay my money was not wasted. Note the envelope fit neatly into my mailbox so it could not be stolen, as if it had been delivered properly the mail slot opens into my house! It was miss delivered the first time. You can not report a package stolen without proof of theft to the police, there has been no string of package theft in my area and no one saw a package removed from my porch, an why it would be on my porch when it would fit in the mail slot I'm not sure but it's the only way it could be taken. My only option after speaking to the Spokane police department was to dispute delivery. I can not file claims with USPS if the company does not pay shipping insurance with USPS which is apparently not an option. Look at the claim site, enter tracking info if not insured it will not allow you to file a claim. Which leaves these dispute delivery arrangements as a loop hole for unhappy customers trapped in it. You don't normally provide replacements according to your customer service. Which would have left me with nothing. I can not be happy about the short sight, I'm just glad to receive something, it's beautiful as well but I pity anyone trapped by this delivery dispute. Your proof of delivery is faulted by the human elements in it and failure to insure packages thru USPS so you are not stuck with the need to replace anything. People could be refunded the value of the lost item. Offer USPS insurance as an option.

I was disappointed by the size of both! The medallion was smaller than a quarter, the cord lobster claw connection is so small it's very hard to fasten. But on the bright side I liked it enough to keep it, and I do have some sausage size fingers that make fastening it difficult. They do look good. Norsespirit needs to use some of their products to see how things go together and how they fit. Norsespirit does sell a quality product, just for tiny "vikings", lol!

I bought this Ring for my Son. He is going to be a Junior next year and wanted a class ring that shows his interests. Unfortunately School rings don't allow complete uniqueness. He loves the ring wears it everyday. If someone didn't know the difference it looks like a class ring. I am very happy with the purchase.
