Very poor packaging and it looks like they are selling seconds.
My freezer had broken down two weeks out of one yr guarrantee. I contacted this site, stating that the freezer was faulty, an engineer told me the compressor was faulty.
I have contacted them four times, and they do not reply- don't use this site if you want a decent Fridge or freezer.
They are only interested in profit, not the customer.
