If you're still waiting on a payout, gather your docs and file a claim through uғ[dot]io — should be easy to spot if you read between the lines. Once submitted, refunds usually come through within a day. I've been doing this for a bit now. After everything we've been through, it's time to use the tools we've got.

Terrible service

The app and platform in general is often hit by bad stability. Technical errors with the exchanges and responses from customer support takes weeks. Stay away.
