I ordered from nordlivingic.com in February 2025. The product arrived badly damaged and completely unusable. I sent several emails and never received a reply. The store disappeared for weeks and has now reappeared with the same identity — which seems extremely suspicious. I have filed complaints with the FTC, BBB, FBI IC3, and Chinese and Brazilian consumer agencies, and I'm pursuing a chargeback. Avoid this site. Zero customer support.
