When I contacted customer service, they refused to provide a full refund and instead repeatedly tried to push partial discounts, while also insisting I pay return shipping for a product that was clearly misrepresented.
The glowing reviews and product claims on the site do not align with the experience I had and appear misleading. Based on this experience and the company's handling of the situation, I strongly advise others to avoid this website due to deceptive advertising and poor business practices.
