Hard for me to deal with, They Made ME crazy! I do Not have anything positive to tell you and I am afraid to express negative thoughts in writing because of legal ramifications. Look else were first. MY best to you.
I ordered two tops from Noracora a couple of months ago. I was very disappointed in the quality of these pieces when they arrived. Additionally, I was displeased with the way they fit. I requested twice that the company send me an email with return instructions and a mailing label so I could return the tops for a refund. The first time I made contact with them I was told that I would receive an email with that information in a few days. It never came. I again requested the information I needed to return the tops and was told I would get it within 24 hours. It never came. Fair warning: if you order from this company, you better hope you like what you receive because I think the whole "return" process that they tout is a scam.
I wish I had done my due diligence. This company greatly misrepresents the quality of clothing, sizes are all over the place, irregular unfinished and cheap. Instruction to return are designed to deter you. I was offered to keep items and get back 30%. I'm willing to pay to return this stuff. Please research NORACORA or Buyer beware.
Noracora charged my card as Joyfornice. I ordered three items and received two. They acknowledged they owed me an item on the invoice. I contacted customer service and will keep you apprised of the situation.

These guys are thieves. They take your money, ship your order three months later, and when you receive it you have nothing but rags that only vaguely resemble what you ordered. They literally are not even wearable. They are sized for children with loose seams, threads hanging everywhere, and the cheapest quality fabric you can imagine. At least that was my experience. You can't return the goods, because the cost would be too much to ship to China and they may not acknowledge receipt anyway.
I suspect that all of the positive reviews on this site are fake and from the company. If you look carefully at the language you can tell that it was not written by an American. Save yourself and DO NOT buy from them!
Over two months from order-to-delivery, wouldn't accept RETURN OR EXCHANGE citing their 15-day return policy, even though I showed (receipt from PO) that I hadn't actually received items as my mail was being held while I was on vacation-who would think it would be coming on a boat from China & take more than two months to deliver (order placed May 11, received mid-July) They sure look nice on-line but clothes are flimsy & ill-fitting!
When I tried to return 2 women's shirts I bought for my wife's birthday that didn't fit, Noracora representatives (via Freshdesk) said "... all returns must be sent back to China, and its very expensive and may have a duty so instead we'll offer 15% of purchase price and you don't have to return items." I said no--they don't fit! I am willing to return the items at my own expense, to any U.S. address, as the items were shipped from 216 Harris St. So. San Francisco, California--you are obviously doing business here in California. They replied "... we'll give you full refund if you remove Sitejabber review." At first I said ok, but after thinking about it, I realized this is how unethical companies continue to scam customers, so I refused. Why they don't just do ethical online business I don't know. But I also noticed they sell at Target, so I am going to let Target (and any other outlets that carry their products) know this brand is tainted--DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!
They mislead you into thinking they are based in the UK, and have high quality merchandise. The are located in CHINA and the quality is far below sub par. They dont tell you, that once your dissatisfied, and you will be, that you must pay for return shipping and possible customs charges which can be very expensive. They are deceitful, save yourself a LOT of frustration and buy from US reputable company.
As soon as I ordered, my friend said it's a SCAM site. Had to file a fraud claim with my credit card, and close that card, for a new card. Citi cards disputed charges, & I didn't have to pay, BUT, they sent me several emails saying things like: If you still want to order, we'll give you $20 discount. If you don't order, we will charge you a RESTOCKING FEE
The few friends that finally got their orders after a month, said the clothes were poor quality & were so small, they might fit a doll. I had to learn the hard way
It has been two months, 15 letters/posts to inquire or follow up on my order and they still have my money and I have NOTHING but endless inquiry and useless tracking. Never never again!

No refund on boots- super large sizes!
There is no telephone to contact and computerized same message is being resend. One sweater never arrived- no one responds to e mails.

Please do not order anything from the company. Please google "noracora" and read the reviews. They are a known for their unwillingness to refund money, asking customers to return items to China that will cost $300 to mail. The quality of the merchandise is horrible, unwearable. Don't take my word for it, read others comments. Paypal is now refunding money. I would give them a 0 if I could.
