We received our order in a timely manner. I haven't had it up long enough to really notice if there is a difference but I am excited to see how it works.

I was hoping the product would have come a day early. Unfortunately its been 24 hours with no Improvement yet. Hopefully it will happen soon!

The "NoOdor" bag has only been in service one day. We think it's working, but a little too early to tell.
One suggestion: The lettering on the plastic bag was a light green against the yellow bag. I could hardly
Make out the lettering. Used a magnifying glass to read instructions. You might tell Marketing to fix that.

I noticed a change in the smell of the house by the next day. The house was closed up with no heat for a year. Smelled stale but not anymore.

Easy to order and quick delivery! The product really works on "old house" smell! And I like that the product can be used for a long time and can be regenerated in the microwave!
