The product is helping. The odor is still there but not so overwhelming.

This is not about my shopping experience but the product. It did not work at all and it made each pet urine spot appear like bleach spots on my carpet where I couldn't see them before. My carpet is ruined. I threw the remainder of that garbage out. What a complete waste of money especially for someone like me who lives on disability as my sole source of income. You should be ashamed for falsely marketing such a lie.

First time I've ordered from NoOdor. My order was a small residential, not commercial, order. Had a smelly dead mouse in my house I couldn't find. The item I needed was easy to find on their website, and I was thrilled to receive it in just a few days. Worked wonders too.

Great product. The only issue, if you want to all it that, was that it was promised on a Wednesday but didn't arrive until Thursday.

Arrived with $1.06 postage due!

So far speaking with NoOdor has been very good. I asked some questions early on before I ordered and have received them but have not had time to use the product yet... thanks, angela

It's been a rainy week and I haven't used it yet. The use will be for a crawl space and not the yard. I am counting on great results.

I emailed the service order email twice and did not receive a response until after I called the 1-888 number and spoke with a person. The email I got regarding my tracking number did not contain the correct tracking number.

No big deal as it was all quite easy and completed in just a few minutes!

Too soon to tell.

I was very satisfied with the service I received. The gentleman I talked to was very helpful and accommodating. The product was shipped within a day or two but I live in Canada and the shipping took longer than I had expected. I will have to take that into account for future orders.
