When the product arrived, it was not the one I had ordered, so I called the company and told the agent that I ordered the product to get rid of paint smell and they sent the product for basement smell. The agent's response was that he (P.G.) would mail the correct product out the next day March 5,2018, it is March 7,2018 today and I haven't received the right product yet.

Easy order placement, dimensions/size a little miss-leading. The Extra Lrg only works for 100 to 150 sq ft. I needed to do entire house/basement.

I gave my email and was supposed to get 5% discount and I couldn't use the code so I didn't get that 5% that was promised

It was great. But I got a strange message from Fedex that didn't make sense about extra charges but It gave me no way to check it out
