Good product noticed reduction in ammonia smell in days placed where our rabbits live. Although they're cleaned regularly, the ammonia smell from their urine gets especially strong in summer. The carbon filter is helping.

I requested to return the 2 packages, they are not what I expected, and turned out I didn't need them.
I haven't heard back yet. I still wish to klnpw if I can return and get a refund.

Product arrived on time, but there was a hole in the bag and some of pellets spilled out during shipping. Bag only had one thinly stitched hem around perimeter of bag; probably need to revisit quality or product.

Happy with the charcoal filters. Easy to cut but did have black dust with install. Assume that is the charcoal. Eliminated the odor from the register immediately. Was pleasantly surprised how fast it worked. Still waiting on a contractor to fix the issue. The order was completed and the filters put in weeks before a contractor could get to the job. Very happy with how fast the order was processed. Very happy with the product.
