Good. Hope product delivers as advertised. The website lost some functionality since last time I used it. Menu at top of shop by type of order did not have active links. Had to use workarounds from other pages to find pages I wanted (from past user experience with the website). Used advice of 'submit a question to an expert' in past and received good advice of which product to use for my specific needs. Products arrived quickly and were well packaged. I've only had them in use for one day so don't know how well they will work yet. Overall I liked how little order the product itself has and how unobtrusive it is in the home.
Website a little different - rather than having a full product list - you type your "odor issue" into a search box. A little hard to figure out at first - I would have preferred a list of products - sorted by odor issue. I've had the odor blockers a few days and hung them as instructed. I'm not sure how much they actually helped, but the odors do seem less noticeable.
I ordered these as a Christmas gift. Don't know yet how they work. Delivery was fast.
Everything was straight forward. Site was easy to navigate.

It has been 4 days and there is no change in lessening basement odor.

Received order very fast. Have used product for a few days and can notice a difference with dead animal smell. I definitely think it is helping with odor.
