Haven't fully checked out the products yet.
I did not get my order completely when first shipped; the remainder of order was sent and received a few days later.
The carpet odor remover being so fine in consistency and dark in color makes me very hesitant to use...I don't believe it will be easy to remove from carpet and will make it look dirty/dingy if I use it; so I am going to request a return.
The room odor remover has made little difference at this time, but it's only been one week. So, we are still testing and will add the other package now that we have received it.
No Odor is very helpful, and the purchasing process is very simple.
The product did not is not working. Your answer was give it time! The reason for buying the product was to shorten the time. Very disappointed with the product and your response.
